Then: the Sentosa Express monorail, the boardwalk, or the cable car.

Every public way onto Sentosa starts at HarbourFront. From there you choose how you cross: the Sentosa Express monorail from VivoCity is the most common, the Sentosa Boardwalk is a pleasant walk, and the cable car from Mount Faber is the scenic option.

Getting there by MRT

  1. Ride the North-East line or the Circle line to HarbourFront station.
  2. Go up into VivoCity for the Sentosa Express monorail on level 3, or take the boardwalk on foot.
  3. On the island, the monorail and beach trams move you between the beaches and attractions.

Tips for the trip

  • The monorail and island trams cover most of what visitors want to reach, so you rarely need anything else once on Sentosa.
  • If you want the cable car, that boards from the Mount Faber side rather than directly at the station.
